1. Acceptance of Terms & Nature of Services

By using this website, making an enquiry, paying a deposit, or engaging any services arranged by House of Saskia (“the Business”), the Client (the person or entity making the booking) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all entertainment bookings involving House of Saskia, Goddess Saskia, guest performers, and independent contractors (“Performers”).

  • Adult Entertainment Only: The Business provides premium adult entertainment services strictly (including waitressing, adult shows, and consensual companionship/dominatrix entertainment).

  • Strictly Non-Sexual: The Business does not provide prostitution, escorting, sexual services, erotic massage, or any form of physical sexual contact in exchange for payment. Payment is exclusively for the Performer’s time, entertainment, and agreed performance. Any request for sexual services will result in the immediate termination of the booking with zero refund.

2. Age Verification & ID Privacy

  • Strictly 18+: All Clients and guests must be 18 years of age or older. The Client must ensure no minors are present at the venue. If a minor is present, or if a Performer reasonably suspects a guest is under 18 and valid ID cannot be provided on request, services will be terminated immediately without refund.

  • ID Collection & Storage: The Business may request identification for age verification, safety screening, and fraud prevention. We take all reasonable cryptographic and digital steps to secure this data.

  • Retention: Full ID copies are deleted once the booking is safely finalized and the risk period for payment disputes or safety claims has passed. Minimal verification notes (e.g., name, DOB, verification date) may be kept on an internal secure ledger.

3. Bookings, Fees & Payments

  • Confirmation: A booking is only secured once the Business accepts the details, the required non-refundable deposit is paid, and formal confirmation is issued.

  • Minimum Durations: Bookings are subject to standard operational minimum durations (e.g., minimum hour caps per service type) as specified at the time of quotation.

  • Balances: The remaining balance must be paid before services commence. Failure to pay the balance when due constitutes a cancellation by the client. Extra time, upgrades, or travel expenses requested on the night must be paid immediately. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Premium Surcharges: The Business reserves the right to apply additional fees and surcharges for Public Holidays (e.g., New Year’s Eve, Christmas, long weekends), After-hours timings (bookings scheduled or extending between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM), and Short-notice or emergency bookings made within 48 hours of the event time.

  • Travel & Expenses: For regional, interstate, or remote bookings, the Client is responsible for pre-paying agreed travel expenses, including fuel, flights, accommodation, parking, tolls, and venue entry fees.

  • Payment Disputes & Debt Recovery: The Client agrees not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks. If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised dishonestly for services rendered, the Business will legally pursue recovery of the outstanding amount plus all administrative fees, legal costs, and debt collection agency expenses.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Delays

  • Valid Form of Notice: To be legally recognized, any request to cancel or alter a booking must be delivered in writing directly to the Business’s official email address. Cancellation notices sent via SMS, social media direct messages (DMs), or phone calls are not accepted as valid.

  • Client Cancellations: Deposits are strictly non-refundable. If a Client cancels a valid booking, the following scaled fees apply based on when the email notice is received:

  • More than 14 days’ notice: Deposit retained.

  • 7 to 14 days’ notice: Deposit retained + up to 50% of the total booking fee payable.

  • Less than 7 days’ notice: Deposit retained + up to 100% of the total booking fee payable.

  • Same-day cancellation: Full booking fee is payable.

  • Booking Amendments: Requests to alter times, dates, or locations are subject to availability and may incur short-notice amendment fees. Substantial changes will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

  • Client Delays & Communication: The booking duration begins exactly at the scheduled start time. Delays caused by venue access, payment issues, or client unreadiness will not extend the performance time. If a Performer arrives and cannot contact the Client within 15 minutes, the booking will be treated as cancelled without refund.

  • Performer Delays: If a Performer is delayed, the paid time begins upon actual arrival. If schedule limits prevent the full duration from being completed, the Business will issue a pro-rata credit or partial refund.

5. Client Responsibilities & Venue Requirements

The Client acts as the host and assumes full legal responsibility for guest conduct, venue safety, and compliance with these Terms.

  • Venue Standards: The venue (residential, hotel, commercial, or outdoor) must be safe, private, lawful, and structurally sound. It must feature safe flooring, adequate lighting, appropriate climate control, and clear, safe entry/exit paths.

  • Licensed Premises & QLD Permits: If a booking occurs on a commercially licensed premises under the Queensland Liquor Act 1992 (e.g., hired pub lounges, hotel function suites, or commercial event spaces), the Client is strictly responsible for ensuring the venue permits adult entertainment. If a Performer is blocked, delayed, or removed by venue management/security due to permit deficiencies, the booking is instantly forfeited with zero refund.

  • Specific Locations: For residential hotel or apartment bookings, precise room and parking details must be provided. If venue security or management denies entry to the Performer, the booking is forfeited without refund. Outdoor events must feature guaranteed weather protection and complete privacy from the general public.

  • Animals & Hygiene: All animals must be securely locked away from the performance space. Guests must maintain reasonable standards of hygiene, or the Performer reserves the right to decline close-contact interactions.

6. Performance Rules, Consent & Boundaries

  • Consent is Absolute: All entertainment services are strictly consensual. “No” is final. Performers retain the absolute right to decline any specific request or boundary violation. The Client and guests must never pressure, bargain with, or intimidate a Performer.

  • Multi-Performer Bookings: Where multiple entertainers are booked, each performer maintains individual boundaries. What one Performer consents to does not bind or pressure another.

  • Audience Participation & Special Shows: Lap dances and audience participation require ongoing consent. Absolutely no touching of the Performer is permitted unless expressly directed by them. Dominatrix entertainment shows are theatrical and fantasy-based; they remain strictly subject to these non-sexual boundaries and any specific secondary sub-agreements.

7. Zero-Tolerance & Performer Safety

Performer welfare is our highest operational priority. The Business operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for hostile behavior.

  • Prohibited Conduct: The following actions will result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of all monies paid, an immediate exit by the Performer, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

  • Any non-consensual touching, grabbing, groping, or physical boundary violations.

  • Verbal abuse, threats, sexual harassment, or discriminatory language.

  • The presence of illegal substances, weapons, or excessive/dangerous guest intoxication.

  • Unauthorised digital recording or hidden cameras.

  • Theft or intentional tampering with a Performer’s personal belongings, costumes, props, or vehicle.

  • Interference with Departure: Clients and guests are strictly prohibited from blocking exits, standing in front of doors, hiding keys/belongings, or following a Performer to their vehicle. Any attempt to restrict a Performer’s movement will be treated as a serious criminal matter.

  • Safety Monitoring: Performers use live GPS location sharing, arrival/departure check-ins, and safety contacts before, during, and after bookings. The Client must not interfere with or object to these digital safety protocols.

  • Internal Safety Records: The Business maintains an internal, confidential “Do-Not-Book” database. Anyone breaching these safety rules will be permanently blacklisted from future bookings across our networks.

8. Media, Recording & Online Conduct

    • Recording Ban: Photography, video recording, live streaming, or audio capturing of any kind is strictly prohibited during the performance unless explicit, written consent is granted by the Performer prior to commencement. Consent to a single photo does not grant permission for digital distribution or commercial use.

    • Privacy & Doxxing: Clients and guests must not publish, tag, or distribute a Performer’s real name, private social media accounts, contact information, or identifying details online (including on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, adult forums, or messaging apps).

    • Defamation: While the Business welcomes genuine, truthful feedback, the publication of malicious, deliberately misleading, or defamatory statements online about the Business or its Performers will be met with immediate legal action.

9. Cancellations by the Business & Force Majeure

  • Performer Substitutions: The Business makes every effort to provide the specific requested entertainer. However, due to emergency, illness, or transport issues, we reserve the right to provide a qualified replacement performer.

  • Medical & Force Majeure Events: If a booking cannot be fulfilled due to illness, injury, medical emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather, natural disasters, or police activity, the Business is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. In these instances, the Business will offer a rescheduled date, account credit, or a refund at its sole discretion.

10. Legal Framework, Liability & Governing Law

  • Independent Contractors: Performers may operate as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms establishes an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the Client and the Performer or Business.

  • Intellectual Property: All website copy, brand names, logos, concepts, images, and marketing media remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Business.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Business is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, emotional distress, or property damage linked to Client or guest misconduct. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Indemnity: The Client agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Business, its directors, and its Performers against all legal claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from a breach of these Terms, illegal activities at the venue, or third-party property damage caused by guests.

  • Severability & Governing Law: If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain fully valid. This agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior texts, DM exchanges, or verbal agreements.
